Senior Closing Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the loan closing process for complex Commercial and Industrial transactions, the full-time Senior Closing Specialist will serve as the primary liaison among lending, legal, and third-party providers to ensure compliance and successful loan funding while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the lead closing contact, managing activities and addressing escalations post-loan approval
• Conduct detailed reviews of loan documents to ensure compliance with credit approvals and resolve discrepancies
• Engage with title companies and escrow agents, reviewing settlement statements and coordinating funding logistics

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in commercial lending closing, particularly with complex transactions
• Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation and closing workflows
• Proficiency in nCino, Nautilus, and MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple deal pipelines and shifting priorities
