Senior Cloud Administrator

Job Summary

Senior Cloud Administrator is a full-time remote position responsible for managing cloud security, compliance, and IT operations within a globally distributed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SOC 2 Type II audit cycles and conduct Vendor Risk Assessments for third-party applications
• Implement technical controls for Data Retention policies and manage legal holds for critical systems
• Operate centralized logging and SIEM capabilities, and support the Employee Service Desk team with escalated incidents

Required Qualifications

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience administering Google Workspace and cloud-first IT systems
• Experience with Identity Provider (IdP) governance, including SSO and MFA
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security
• Experience troubleshooting across Windows and macOS systems
