Senior Cloud AI Developer
Job Summary
To support a critical government program, the remote contract Senior Cloud AI Developer will design, develop, and maintain Java-based, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), focusing on building secure services, creating RESTful APIs, and implementing AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop cloud-native applications and secure, scalable services on GCP
- Create and implement RESTful APIs with security features, ensuring compliance and observability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative AI capabilities and manage CI/CD pipelines
Required qualifications:
- Over 13 years of relevant experience in software engineering and backend services
- Extensive expertise in Java and cloud-native application deployment on GCP
- Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs with security features
- Strong knowledge of AI integration and secure coding practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
