Job Summary
Leading the strategic vision for cloud architecture, the full-time Senior Cloud Architect will design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions primarily focused on Microsoft Azure, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive modernization initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the cloud architecture strategy, focusing on secure and resilient cloud solutions
- Lead cloud modernization initiatives, including application migration and platform optimization
- Serve as the principal technical advisor for cloud architecture, providing mentorship and guidance to engineering teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or enterprise architecture
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
- Extensive experience with Azure services and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Strong understanding of security architecture and compliance related to healthcare regulations
