Senior Cloud Business Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance cloud-based business solutions for Managed Services customers, the full-time remote Senior Cloud Business Analyst will design, develop, and improve complex integrations while collaborating with software engineers and project managers to ensure service excellence and successful customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with COE Software Engineers to complete Managed Services Integration project deliverables
- Review and approve client requirements and design documentation in collaboration with senior technical staff
- Champion AI-driven solutions and Continuous Improvement initiatives for Cloud Services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years of experience in OT Cloud Services as a Software Engineer, with at least 2 years supporting financial services customers
- 8+ years in systems analysis, design, integration, and development
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and scripting languages (Expect, Perl, Shell)
- Experience with open communication standards such as FTP, web services, and SFTP protocols
