Senior Cloud DBA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Cloud DBA Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support critical and non-production databases in multi-tenant environments
• Perform installation, configuration, management, and monitoring of databases in compliance with regulations
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with technical leads and application service owners

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing, supporting, tuning, and troubleshooting Oracle and Linux Infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Single Instance/RAC, Multitenant, and Active Data Guard
• Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture, backup, recovery scenarios, and performance tuning
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting in Linux Shell scripts
