Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on implementing and securing cloud environments, the full-time Senior Cloud DevOps Network Engineer will design, monitor, and manage Azure cloud solutions in compliance with FedRAMP standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, continuous monitoring, and security operations of Azure cloud solutions, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP High, IL4 requirements
• Develop modular Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, PowerShell, and other languages while leading projects of moderate complexity to completion
• Stay updated on Azure and FedRAMP regulatory changes, advising teams on impacts and necessary adjustments

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or a technology-related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with 2+ years in compliance programs and security controls such as NIST SP 800-53 and FedRAMP
• Expert knowledge of Azure networking components including VNets, ExpressRoute, and Azure Firewall
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and tools like Terraform and Bicep
• Strong understanding of Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and cloud concepts including security and identity management
