Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership, the full-time Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain a multi-tenant Web Content Management as a Service (WCMaaS) platform, managing infrastructure and optimizing cloud solutions while mentoring junior engineers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of operationally sustainable cloud solutions while serving as a technical subject matter expert
- Continuously optimize AWS cloud platform services and facilitate solution-architecting sessions to evaluate design tradeoffs
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices that enhance delivery processes across teams
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required with the ability to pass a Public Trust investigation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 12 years of related experience
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps Engineer
- Deep expertise in cloud services, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps
- Proficiency in Linux and Ansible, with significant experience in public, private, and hybrid cloud technologies
