Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Cloud Engineering team, the full-time Senior Cloud Engineer will design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security for backend services, with the flexibility to work hybrid in Bellevue, WA or remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform for AWS and GCP, optimizing for reliability and cost
• Own and evolve the Kubernetes & GitOps platform, managing EKS/GKE and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead platform migrations and drive operational excellence, ensuring observability and security across systems

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Proficient in AWS and GCP services, particularly EKS/GKE, with hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern observability tools
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
