Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their team in a fast-paced environment focused on building next-generation cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide technical decisions throughout the development process in collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers
• Lead the architecture and design of the client platform and prototype unproven concepts
• Automate processes using CI/CD and support engineering teams in software releases

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies and programming languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, Java, Node.js)
• AWS Cloud experience with services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS, RDS, and DocumentDB
• Experience with event-driven architectures at scale using Kafka and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform & CloudFormation
• Proficiency in observability tools such as SumoLogic, DataDog, or CloudWatch
