Administer and maintain Active Directory, VMware environments, and backup solutions
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Lead infrastructure projects and automate routine tasks to enhance system performance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Active Directory management
Strong expertise with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) administration
Experience managing Pure Storage Arrays in an enterprise environment
Proficiency in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) setup and management
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
