Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the design and operations of scalable cloud solutions, the full-time remote Senior Cloud Engineer will manage cloud infrastructure across Azure, GCP, and AWS while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize secure cloud infrastructure and solutions across multiple platforms
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls and backup strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting cloud automation initiatives and system integrations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, or operations roles, preferably in a regulated industry
• Strong expertise in public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud architecture best practices
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell, and experience with enterprise integrations
• Cloud architecture certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect preferred
