Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in the United States during EST hours, the full-time Senior Cloud Engineer will provide guidance on cloud services delivery and operation, focusing on enhancing availability, performance, reliability, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to deployment automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build foundational cloud components in Azure, covering network, security, identity, operations, and governance
• Monitor and maintain production resources to ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security
• Participate in troubleshooting and incident response, contributing to recovery and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Deep understanding of Azure platform tools and expertise in deploying and managing applications/services
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
• Strong knowledge of containers and Kubernetes ecosystem
