Senior Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
Providing senior-level ownership for AWS cloud platforms, the full-time Senior Cloud Engineer will manage infrastructure provisioning, Kubernetes operations, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provision, operate, and enhance AWS infrastructure using automation tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Administer and troubleshoot AWS EKS/Kubernetes environments, ensuring operational readiness and cluster health
- Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows and automation scripts to improve production support and reduce manual effort
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5-7 years of experience with cloud implementations and production cloud operations, particularly with AWS
- Hands-on experience with AWS EKS/Kubernetes and containerized workloads in production environments
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins
