Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to identify optimal cloud-based solutions, maintain cloud infrastructure, and educate teams on new cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead migration of existing contact center solutions to Amazon Connect
Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide cloud support, and deploy cloud solutions
Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate, identify, and deploy optimal cloud solutions

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of IT infrastructure experience
3+ years of cloud computing experience (AWS)
3+ years of system engineering and deployment experience
Degree in computer science or a similar field
Experience in telephony and legacy contact center IVRs, customer experience, and working with integrations
