Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to identify optimal cloud-based solutions, maintain cloud infrastructure, and educate teams on new cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead migration of existing contact center solutions to Amazon Connect
• Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide cloud support, and deploy cloud solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate, identify, and deploy optimal cloud solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience (AWS)
• 3+ years of system engineering and deployment experience
• Degree in computer science or a similar field
• Experience in telephony and legacy contact center IVRs, customer experience, and working with integrations
