Senior Cloud Engineer Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Senior Cloud Engineer Architect will take ownership of enterprise-scale Azure infrastructure, influencing strategy and guiding modernization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior-most individual contributor responsible for Azure cloud infrastructure, overseeing architecture, engineering, administration, security, networking, and operations
• Design, implement, and manage Azure networking architecture, including Virtual Networks, routing, DNS, and hybrid connectivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud capabilities are effectively designed and operated to deliver measurable value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technology field required; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in cloud engineering and technical architecture roles, with a minimum of 2-3 years of Azure experience
• Preferred certifications include Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Proven expertise in Azure networking design, operations, and security controls
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly healthcare, is preferred
