Senior Cloud FinOps Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Cloud FinOps Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Model and calculate savings opportunities while establishing governance processes for cloud service implementations
• Collaborate with the Cloud platform team to prioritize and implement cost optimization recommendations and best practices
• Create reports to monitor cloud spending and present financial data to inform leadership on budget forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of financial analysis experience, including 2 years in IT and 2 years with public cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Advanced knowledge of cloud financial practices and cost controls
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and manage competing priorities
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
