Senior Cloud FinOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FinOps Engineer to manage and optimize cloud spending.

Key Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, analysis, and reporting of cloud spend across AWS and/or GCP
• Build models and dashboards to track cost trends and savings opportunities
• Work with engineers to optimize workloads and reduce waste without sacrificing performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and financial analysis roles
• Deep understanding of AWS or GCP billing and usage patterns
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large-scale datasets
• Experience with cost visibility or FinOps tools
• Familiarity with cloud-native services and modern infrastructure
