Senior Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to design, test, deploy, and operate their Wide Area Network (WAN) backbone network.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure network solutions for WAN and backbone infrastructure, including documentation of designs and processes
• Onboard next generation routing platforms into production and validate new devices and configurations using automated test frameworks
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for network configuration and monitoring, and resolve live site issues through troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of technical experience in network design, development, and automation, or equivalent experience
• Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
• Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field may substitute for experience
• Experience in large-scale environments, including production network design and live site operations
• Experience with routing protocols and traffic engineering solutions
