Senior Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Network Engineer - Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for enterprise customers
• Report product issues to development and advocate for customer needs
• Create knowledge-based content such as troubleshooting tips and best practices

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer success, network engineering, or similar roles
• Solid understanding of networking, Routing, BGP, IPsec VPN, and Linux
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting various networking products
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field
