Senior Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Network Engineer - Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for enterprise customers
• Report product issues to development and advocate for customer needs
• Lead resolution of complex support issues and mentor Cloud Network Engineers

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer success, network engineering, or similar roles
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure software
• Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking products/solutions
• Familiarity with Python, shell scripting, and automation is preferred
