Senior Cloud Networking Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CNI Cloud Networking Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of CNI / Cloud networking design, build engineering, and development activities for global cloud-native container platform
• Deployment and test planning/execution for container platform networking capabilities and features
• Providing consultancy to colleagues for application deployment on the new platform and assisting with onboarding as tenants

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise Kubernetes networking engineering experience in large production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes CNI based container network plug-ins, particularly Cisco Isovalent Cilium
• Recent Linux experience, especially in networking and eBPF based configuration
• Experience with automation tooling such as Ansible, Terraform, and scripting
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines, including Git based pipelines
