Senior Cloud Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the management, optimization, and automation of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, the full-time Senior Cloud Operations Analyst will work in a hybrid capacity from the Farmington Hills office, focusing on enhancing operational excellence and resolving performance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain observability tools to monitor cloud and on-premises systems
• Manage server systems on Windows and Linux, including provisioning, patching, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain system integrations and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience with monitoring and observability tools, and in cloud operations or server management roles
• Certified PagerDuty Administrator and AWS SysOps Administrator or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, security, and compliance standards
