Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Cloud Operations Engineer to enhance its cloud infrastructure and support critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and modernize a fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes
• Provide mentorship and act as a domain specialist for multi-functional teams on cloud-related topics
• Support and manage on-prem HPC clusters and assist with integration from mergers and acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of training and education
• Extensive understanding of AWS applications and principles
• Expertise in Terraform and related HashiCorp tools
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Proficient in at least one programming language
