Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the reliability and availability of cloud service offerings, the full-time Senior Cloud Operations Engineer will manage environment provisioning, troubleshoot customer issues, and automate tasks while working remotely across various locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Provision new environments and upgrade infrastructure components and product applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer environment issues, conducting root cause analysis
• Create and maintain operational runbooks and identify opportunities for automation

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in operational or engineering roles supporting SaaS applications
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficient in Linux Administration and Java application management
• Experience with scripting languages like Bash/Shell or Python for task automation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
