Senior Cloud Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and governance of enterprise Azure cloud architecture, the full-time Senior Cloud Platform Engineer will be responsible for Azure platform reliability, disaster recovery, and AI-driven operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and govern enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure platforms ensuring multi-region resilience and zero single points of failure
- Drive Azure Well-Architected Framework reviews and establish FinOps practices for cost management and optimization
- Mentor engineers and lead architecture reviews to define and influence the enterprise cloud strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud infrastructure
- 7+ years of experience designing and operating Microsoft Azure platforms
- Proven experience with Azure Landing Zones, governance, networking, identity, and security at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in Azure compute, networking, storage, monitoring, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Azure DevOps
