Senior Cloud Security Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the maturation of the AWS cloud security program, the full-time Senior Cloud Security Engineer will assess, design, and automate security controls while partnering closely with Engineering and DevOps teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud security controls across AWS
- Build security automation using infrastructure as code, APIs, and scripting
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows
Required qualifications
- AWS cloud security expertise required
- Direct experience with FedRAMP Moderate or High preferred
- Knowledge of FedRAMP CR-26 and/or 20x preferred
- Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably using Terraform
- Familiarity with cloud detection and monitoring practices
