Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Cloud Security Engineer will define cloud security architecture, establish standards, and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own cloud security architecture patterns and standards across cloud platforms
• Build and configure security tooling directly into CI/CD pipelines and manage supply-chain risk reviews
• Partner with Cybersecurity Operations to enhance detection and response capabilities for cloud-specific signals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in cloud security, security architecture, or cloud infrastructure engineering
• Deep, hands-on experience securing Azure environments and familiarity with AWS security services
• Expert-level understanding of cloud identity security and experience embedding security into Infrastructure as Code
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for security tooling and remediation
