Senior Cloud Services Analyst
Job Summary
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, the full-time Senior Cloud Services Analyst will ensure overall system health, act as a liaison between service operations and stakeholders, and deliver solutions for application and system-related issues in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides operational data support and writes complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
- Proactively monitors performance metrics and troubleshoots issues related to meter data and network performance
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes and supports new firmware and software releases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of related experience in cloud services or a similar field
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with RF and networking principles
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
