Senior Cloud Services Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance cloud solutions and support digital transformation goals, the full-time remote Senior Cloud Services Engineer will manage cloud services, drive automation, and collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership in cloud services, focusing on automation and lifecycle management using Infrastructure-as-Code
• Develop operational standards to promote DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Collaborate with application teams to implement cloud security standards and ensure efficient resource deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in public cloud management
• Detailed understanding of Azure cloud service offerings and public cloud engineering principles
• Experience developing engineering diagrams, strategies, and roadmaps
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components (compute, storage, network, security, data, and applications)
