Senior Cloud Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Cloud Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable cloud-based solutions for GeForce NOW in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on cloud services, distributed systems, and Kubernetes infrastructure automation.

Key responsibilities:

• Build scalable cloud systems including RESTful services, microservices, and APIs on Kubernetes
• Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters with custom components and advanced CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in Kubernetes, observability, and infrastructure automation

Required qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 8+ years in SaaS/PaaS software development and Kubernetes infrastructure automation
• Extensive experience with Java, Golang, and/or Python, particularly in developing and scaling backend services
• Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Experience building solutions on cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), with a preference for AWS services
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed system design
