Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Cloud Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support and escalation cases
  • Communicate status updates regularly to customers and collaborate with various teams
  • Develop and implement proactive plans to address customer needs and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and advanced network security technologies
  • Experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting experience across networking and security technologies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
