Senior Cloud Upgrades Engineer

Job Summary

To support the execution of PLM upgrade projects, the full-time Senior Cloud Upgrades Engineer will manage hands-on upgrades of PTC Products hosted in the cloud, collaborating with global teams to ensure timely and quality delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage different phases of PLM upgrade projects from request to hypercare, ensuring on-time and quality delivery
• Analyze client requirements and create deliverables including design, testing, documentation, and education content for upgrade projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing feedback to enhance PTC products and services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (IT, Computer Science, Programming, etc.) with 3 years of relevant technical experience
• Fluency in English with strong written and spoken communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret government clearance
• Deep knowledge of PTC PLM Windchill Product Suite, particularly the Technical Upgrade Process
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
