Senior CMDB Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CMDB Systems Analyst who will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
• Create systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation to guide development teams
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor IT service levels as per service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience in relevant knowledge and skills
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Familiarity with CM tools and platforms (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Ansible)
