Senior C#.Net Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior C#/.Net Developer will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and full-stack development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition for software systems
• Develop back-end applications using C# and .Net Core, ensuring performance and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Agile practices and document software designs

Required qualifications

• Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core with strong C# skills
• Proficiency in Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework for database design and development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least five years of experience in software development
