Senior Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coach to support learners in achieving their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach learners to identify and accomplish goals aligned with their aspirations using advanced techniques
• Drive engagement and retention through data-driven strategies and effective caseload management
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance coaching processes and contribute to departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of career coaching and/or executive coaching experience or 500+ hours of coaching experience
• Demonstrated success supporting diverse clients and achieving positive learner outcomes
• Experience collaborating on strategic initiatives with leadership
• Proven ability to mentor or coach peers effectively
• Coaching or Career Services certification preferred, but not required
