Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coder - AI Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the successful execution of complex coding projects by large coder contractor teams
• Own operational KPIs for quality, quantity, and timelines
• Lead, manage, mentor, and scale a large team of 100+ coder contractors

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of coding experience in one or more popular programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
• 3+ years of technical project management experience
• Demonstrable expertise in software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging
• Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI technologies, and the Gen AI landscape
