Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coding Specialist with Anesthesia Coding experience, to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop efficient workflows to organize and prioritize complex coding work for compliance with regulatory requirements
• Utilize coding classification systems to ensure accurate code selection and address documentation gaps
• Provide guidance and support to coding staff on complex scenarios and stay updated on coding regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Certifications such as Certified Coding Associate or Certified Professional Coder
• Advanced knowledge in medical professional and outpatient facility coding
• Understanding of medical terminology and documentation
