Senior Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise collaboration platforms, the full-time Senior Collaboration Engineer will integrate and optimize collaboration tools, establish project strategies, and foster a culture of innovation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and support collaboration tools to enhance productivity across academic and administrative units
• Set strategies and priorities for collaboration projects, evaluating existing tools and gathering customer feedback for improvements
• Analyze data to troubleshoot issues and create knowledge base articles and training resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education
• 5 years of experience in collaboration software applications, including Microsoft 365 and Google Suite
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, and email routing
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain technical documentation and use automation tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
