Senior Collaboration Engineer
Job Summary
Serving as the primary subject matter expert, the remote contract Senior Collaboration Engineer will lead technical discovery sessions, design complex architecture plans, and perform hands-on configuration and deployment for Cisco and Microsoft Teams UC solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to define requirements and strategies for UC solutions
- Design and execute complex architecture plans, including dial plans and E911 compliance
- Coordinate cross-functionally to execute end-to-end deployments and advise on AI integration in collaboration ecosystems
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience planning, designing, and deploying complex UC solutions
- Deep expertise in Cisco UC environments, including CUCM and Webex Calling
- Proven experience with Microsoft Teams Phone architecture and deployment
- CCNP-Collaboration certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- 10+ years of consulting experience with a technology vendor or systems integrator (desired)
