Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Collaboration Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions on Slack and Airtable, focusing on enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Slack apps, bots, workflows, and Airtable solutions to improve collaboration and productivity
- Develop and integrate solutions using Slack APIs and Airtable formulas, ensuring reliability and security of collaboration platforms
- Partner with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience building solutions on Slack and Airtable
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
- Experience designing and operating integrations across multiple systems and services
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data governance considerations
