Senior Collection Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the collections process for the UK and Ireland business units, the full-time Senior Collection Specialist will resolve overdue accounts, build strong customer relationships, and ensure timely cash collection while working onsite in Krak w, Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end collection process by proactively contacting customers regarding overdue accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support effective debt resolution
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, providing insights into collection performance and account status

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Collections, Query and Dispute Management, and Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes
• Strong understanding of OtC accounting principles and best practices
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
