Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Collections Manager to meet cash targets and improve departmental efficiency
Research and analyze customer accounts prior to contacting customers regarding past due balances
Resolve complex collections challenges and collaborate with Finance and Sales to address billing issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in B2B Collections
Professional fluency in English
B.S. or B.A Degree in a Finance-related field preferred
Proficient with NetSuite and Salesforce; Tesorio experience is a plus
Intermediate experience using MS Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and Ptables
