Senior Collections Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, collect, and resolve assigned account portfolio
• Oversee and assign work, coach and train team members
• Create reports, provide customer service, and monitor progress

Required Qualifications:

• High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience; Two years degree or equivalent experience desired
• 3 years billing and/or collections experience
• Team leadership skills
• Third Party billing or collections/billing experience in the healthcare industry; AS400 computer experience preferred
• Data entry, Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Webex, MS Teams, and basic computer knowledge
