Senior Collections Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Collections & Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect delinquent customer accounts through various communication channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate delinquencies and negotiate payment arrangements
• Contribute to the development of collection strategies and improve recovery rates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in collections or related roles
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Strong self-starter with organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts independently
• Experience in conducting in-depth investigations and problem-solving
• Knowledge of FDCPA, Fair Debt Collection laws, UDAP, and FCRA
