Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Collections & Recoveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive critical call center performance metrics and customer satisfaction
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and programs
Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of call center leadership experience
Familiarity with Collections laws, regulations, and best practices
Experience in financial services, with credit card experience as a bonus
MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
PMP or similar professional certificate is a plus
