Senior Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Collections Omnicare (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business to business receivables and resolve client account balances
• Develop work out strategies with customers, including payment plans and agreements
• Review customer contracts for compliance and collaborate with management to exceed collection goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Accounts Receivables
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office
• 3+ years of experience with Business to Business (B2B) preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party insurance is preferred
