Senior Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Representative who will serve as a subject matter expert in collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for credit and collections
• Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and resolve issues
• Mentor and train staff members while identifying trends for leadership reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years of Home Infusion Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours
• Must be 18 years of age or older
