Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and execute daily collection activities
  • Perform root cause analysis to resolve disputes and billing issues, and negotiate payment terms
  • Prepare account reconciliations and evaluate customer payment trends for escalated collection efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of collections experience in a high-volume service industry environment
  • Proficient in financial, accounting, and collection systems
  • Ability to work in a highly sensitive and confidential environment
  • Experience with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, is preferred
