Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Collection Specialist to manage a portfolio of distressed commercial transportation and business loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of distressed loans, implementing recovery strategies and resolving delinquencies
• Utilize skip tracing tools and collaborate with teams to recover transportation assets while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Negotiate repayment arrangements with clients and prepare performance reports for management review

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial transportation finance or leasing
• Strong proficiency with skip tracing tools and investigative research methods
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recovery targets in the commercial financial industry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bilingual in Spanish or Punjabi is a plus
